Kundalini Yoga is the yoga of transformation, the yoga of consciousness. It originated over 3000 years ago in India and was brought to America by Yogi Bhajan in 1969. Kundalini Yoga is a discipline that helps developing the perfect balance between mind, body and soul to those who practice it. This discipline helps the students achieve a well focused and directed mind, allowing them to live in harmony and have a more healthy mind and body.

Through a combination of Indian voice meditation, a classical western musical approach and a hint of the Lichtenberg voice technique, we will discover our own sound and how to use that for a more effective and harmonious speaking and singing. Making sure we say exactly what we intend to say, we are understood and more importantly having our voice always being heard!
