We provide a holistic approach to wellness, offering a wide range of services including yoga and meditation classes, alternative therapeutic practices such Ayurvedic massage, flower therapy, San Nam Rasayan, as well as regular workshops and events. We focus on the technology brought forth by Kundalini yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan to chemically release, strengthen, and activate the energy within our bodies to generate conscious wellness for ourselves and others.

Abhaya Holistic Center is a gathering place for individuals seeking to live a healthier, happier and more conscious life.

Our Mission

We want to help you achieve a more conscious, healthy, happy and balanced life.

About Kundalini Yoga

“Yoga means a discipline of mind and body. There is nothing mysterious about it. Yoga does not explain the meaning of life… It’s aim is to develop a quality of mind which can perceive reality and acquire self knowledge.” – Yogi Bhajan

Kundalini yoga, also known as the yoga of awareness, combines postures (asanas), breath (pranayama), and the chanting of mantras to awaken energy within our bodies. Through practice, we learn to harness this energy and create a heightened state of awareness which enables us to actualize our creative spiritual potential, and generate wellbeing and compassion for ourselves and others.

We all need to consciously develop a clear communication within ourselves and the environment in which we live, establish healthy and stress free relationships in order to achieve complete self-acceptance and self-respect. Understanding ourselves and our environment from a higher perspective as human beings is one of the outcomes of this practice.
