Kundalini Chair Yoga

A kundalini yoga class with the aid of a chair. This class can improve your strength, flexibility and coordination, relieve pain, relieve stress, balance your body, focus your mind and elevate your consciousness.
Who can take this class?
The answer is ANYBODY, from first timers or beginners to advanced levels. You can adapt this class to your level and push yourself as far as your body and mind allow you. You will also learn yoga poses you can do when you are sitting down at the office, when flying, on a train, in a bus, if you have limited movement and need to relieve stress, increase your energy, or simply revitalize your body.
This class is specially beneficial for people who are recovering from an illness or injury AND for people with mobility problems or that suffer from pain and stiffness in the body. However, other people who practice yoga in the regular basis and don't have any noticeable body challenges, can also take the class and use the chair to help them push their body, be more flexible, align their postures and balance their body.
