Holistic Therapy: The Path to a Happier Life

In this era in which every day we see how our schemes are broken, institutions lose credibility and systems become obsolete, we tend to think that our life is a chaos. Many of our habits, ideologies and thoughts make us feel out of place, make us feel sick and for many, life is just a routine. We do not find satisfactions, there are no clear objectives and we believe that happiness and love are utopian themes.
For others, our values ​​are hypocritical, violence and fear increasingly take over on a personal level. Society lives in a state of alert where Peace is affected at all levels.
Unfortunately, due to all this, mental related illness and emotional issues are more frequent. The nervous system is affected, we act without control and react from sensations and feelings such as anger, hatred, sadness, disappointment, resentment, jealousy, and sometimes fear takes over us. The commotion leads us to a state of discouragement and depression that little by little are undermining our health and well-being. This is the beginning of conflicts that over time become diseases and addictions in general. We begin to feel in a dead end, where panic attacks can lead us to the idea of ​​suicide and chronic and even terminal illnesses.

For thousands of years, yogis in India have experienced postures and meditations that are not only very useful, but in this case, the solution. This practice is the cure. The holistic therapy offered at Abhaya Holistic Center contains all the elements to heal us and get us out of this state of confusion and anguish. Stress and disease no longer seem like endless suffering. We first start by recognizing what happens inside our being, accepting it to be aware and to act on it. Being happy is your right, but nobody apart from you was born to make you happy, even if that person wanted to. Each one of us is responsible for our own life, for our own actions. The capacity is in you and you can heal yourself.
